hi, i’m allie — the educator, guide, and compassionate movement-nerd behind connected core yoga.


Traditional fitness or general yoga classes rarely address what so many of us actually live with:
pregnancy + birth changes, C-sections, abdominal separation, hormonal shifts, chronic tension, stress, fatigue, and the quiet ways our bodies adapt and compensate.

Connected Core Yoga™ exists to fill that gap.

I blend yoga, corrective exercise, embodied anatomy, breath mechanics, and trauma-informed education to help you rebuild strength and confidence from the inside out — without pressure, shame, or performative “wellness.”

Like many of the folks I serve, I’ve lived through my own seasons of physical change: years postpartum, C-section recovery, chronic symptoms, hormonal shifts, and the frustration of being told to “just do kegels” or “work your core” — advice that often made things worse.

That experience sent me deep into specialized education built around compassion and science.
