I’m Allie, a yoga teacher and pelvic floor advocate based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.

At Connected Core Yoga™, I create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body. My classes blend gentle, nurturing guidance with evidence-based education — so you feel cared for and confident in the knowledge that your body can heal.

My deeper specialty is Pelvic Floor and Core Support... So whether you’re postpartum, navigating menopause, recovering from surgery or injury, or simply curious about your core, this is a place to explore, learn, and grow at your own pace.
