For many folks, traditional fitness or general yoga classes don’t fully address the changes that happen through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, stress, aging, hormonal shifts, or simply life.
Connected Core Yoga was created to fill that gap — with classes, workshops, and one-to-one support that honour the whole body: core, breath, pelvic floor, nervous system, and daily function.
My approach is gentle, educational, and deeply empowering. I blend yoga, corrective movement principles, embodied anatomy, and breath mechanics to help you build strength and confidence in a way that actually feels good.

Why I’m so passionate about this work
Like so many of the folks I work with, I’ve navigated my own seasons of physical change, pain, overwhelm, and uncertainty. Traditional fitness advice wasn’t cutting it — and often made things worse.
That sent me deep into specialized education: pelvic floor–focused yoga, functional anatomy, breath and core mechanics, movement for menopause, perinatal training, and an ongoing commitment to learning (and unlearning) within this field.
Connected Core Yoga grew from that journey — a blend of science, softness, and support.
