Alongside general classes, I also offer more specialized support for core and pelvic floor health — including 1:1 sessions and workshops for those navigating things like postpartum recovery, pressure, leaking, or core dysfunction.
Like many of the folks I serve, I’ve lived through my own seasons of physical change: years postpartum, C-section recovery, chronic symptoms, hormonal shifts, and the frustration of being told to “just do kegels” or “work your core” — advice that often made things worse.
That experience sent me deep into specialized education built around compassion and science.
