Maybe you’re experiencing something specific — leaking, heaviness, pain, pressure, diastasis, pelvic tension, unexplained core weakness, or changes through peri/menopause or postpartum.

A group class can’t fully address that.
A 1:1 session can.

Together, we’ll explore what your body is telling you, create a plan that fits your real life, and build confidence in how you move, lift, breathe, and function.

Private sessions are a good fit if you’re experiencing things like:
• leaking with cough, laugh, sneeze, or impact
• pelvic heaviness or pressure
• core weakness, doming, or diastasis concerns
• hip or low-back discomfort that never quite resolves
• tension or tightness in the pelvic floor or hips
• changes related to postpartum or peri/menopause
• uncertainty about how to move safely or confidently

Who 1:1 Sessions are for

If group classes feel too general or you’re craving more clarity and direction, 1:1 support can give you the space you need.

We start with your story.

We talk about what you’re feeling, your history, daily habits, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no rush and no judgement — just space to be heard.

What to expect in a private session

We explore how your body moves.

We’ll look at breath, posture, simple movements, and gentle strength to see how your core, pelvis, and whole body are working together.

We build a plan that fits your life.

You’ll leave with simple practices, exercises, and strategies you can actually use — at home, in daily life, and if you’d like, alongside your group classes.

A deeper dive into your history, movement patterns, and goals. We’ll assess breath, core connection, and pelvic-floor–informed movement, then build a plan to get you started.

Guided practice, progression, and troubleshooting so you feel supported as you implement your plan.

“Do I need a diagnosis or referral first?”

No. If you’re already working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, we’ll complement that work. If not, we can still focus on awareness, movement, and breath. If something feels outside my scope, I’ll always recommend you to trusted providers.

“Is this a replacement for pelvic floor physiotherapy?”

No. These sessions are movement + education–based and are meant to complement, not replace, clinical care. We stay in the scope of yoga + functional movement.

“I’m nervous to talk about this stuff…”

That’s so understandable. You’re never required to share more than you want to. We move at your pace, with your consent and comfort at the center of every session.
