A gentle, beginner-friendly class focused on reconnecting with your core, breath, and mobility.

Limited Props Required. Blocks, strap suggested.

core & pelvic floor

A slow, grounding class that blends:
• pelvic floor release
• mindful core strengthening
• breathwork
• nervous system support
• posture + alignment awareness

This class is prop heavy. Suggested props: blocks, strap (maybe 2!), bolster or large pillow(s), blankets - so many blankets.

Empowered Flow

A steady, functional vinyasa-style class designed to help you build strength without harshness.

Limited props required.
Blocks for support are suggested.
